"This is a sample from the Hue And Cry Music Club - the social network that supports my brother Greg and I's band, Hue And Cry. The "Lyrics Lab" is a video channel on the site, where I explain the meaning and context behind our songs (Greg produces and directs all the videos). This particular Lab focusses on the song 'Plan B', from our new album Open Soul. The lyric very much resonates with the 'player's' post-work lifestyle. But it has a certain wry consciousness about it all..."
